Add your event to the UCA calendar and get it seen by riders across our region.

Use this form to submit your event for listing on the UCA calendar. We review all submissions before they go live, typically within a few days. The more detail you provide, the better your listing will look to riders.

If this event is part of a series, name it here (e.g. iCup, Utah Hill Climb League, Utah Gravel Series).
e.g. Soldier Hollow, Sugar House Park
Paste a Google Maps link to the venue if available
e.g. "Park at the north lot, GPS: 40.1234, -111.5678," etc.
List all race categories and age groups offered.
When possible, list start times for each field or wave.
e.g. Pro/1/2: 60 miles, or Masters: 45 minutes, etc.
List entry fees, note if one-day license fees apply separately
Parking for spectators, viewing areas, nearby amenities, etc.
Are there volunteer opportunities at this event?
Does this event have a feed zone or aid station?
Location, what's provided, feeds allowed outside zone, etc.
Link to a PDF or image of your event flyer.
BikeReg or other registration platform URL
Link to a high-resolution image we can use for the calendar listing (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Anything else riders should know — nearby restaurants, lodging, post-race activities, special instructions, etc.
